Getting Your Pre-Approval

Not sure how much home you can purchase? You're not alone. Rest assured, this is a simple process, and we're here to help!

There are two steps to getting pre-approved. First is to apply online, which you can do here. This gets your information into our system so that we can start building your file. It's non-committal, meaning you are not hand cuffed to us if you decide to go another route.

After you put in your initial application, you'll need to gather some documents so we can finalize your file and get your final pre-approval to you. You can email these documents to us at

What We Need From You

  1. Paystubs for the last 30 days

  2. W-2s and 1099s for the last 2 years

  3. Federal income tax returns for the last 2 years, including all schedules and attachments

  4. Government-issued photo ID and if applicable, resident alien card

  5. Last 2 bank statements for all bank accounts (borrower and co-borrower)

  6. Last 2 investment account statements (borrower and co-borrower)
